Carimate Arm Chair by Vico Magistretti

Originally designed in 1959 for the Carmiate Golf Club, the Carimate chair is one of Magistretti's most recognised designs, and just a really lovely chair.

Over the years it has been manufactured by a few different makers - these carvers were probably sold through Habitat or Heals, and are listed here priced individually (2 remaining)

In terms of condition the frames are solid but the finish shows wear; the seat pads are original and again solid and functional, though there are minor areas of wear and some marks and a few broken strands of rush on the underside, but they are not coming loose. Both seats are good to be in service if you're happy with the worn-in look.
